Keep food fresh for much longer and cut down on waste with the Tefal Vacupack Classic. Vacuum-sealing removes the air around food before sealing the bag, slowing spoilage and freezer burn so meat, fish, cheese, leftovers and batch-cooked meals last several times longer than they would loosely wrapped — and take up less room in the fridge or freezer. It works in three simple steps: fill the bag, place the open end into the machine, close the lid and press "Vacuum & Seal." An automatic one-touch cycle removes the air and seals in one go, while a "Seal Only" function lets you close a bag without vacuuming (handy for delicate or crushable foods) and a "Stop" function cancels the air extraction at any moment. Eighteen bags are included in two sizes so you can start straight away, and a glossy, compact body with rear cord storage keeps it tidy on the counter — it can even stand upright to save space.
