Its six-layer coating with a copper top-coat is exceptionally hard-wearing — it lasts up to eight times longer than Tefal's standard non-stick and stands up to metal utensils and everyday hard use — so food releases cleanly and clean-up stays effortless. Higher-than-usual sides add versatility, and a built-in pouring rim keeps sauces and juices off your hob. Tefal's T-Thermo-Signal indicator turns red when the pan reaches the ideal cooking temperature, while a thick Thermo-Fusion+ base with a wide induction zone spreads heat quickly and evenly across every hob — gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and induction. A sturdy bakelite handle with a polished steel accent keeps a secure grip, the body is made from 100% recycled aluminium, and the pan is designed and made in France.
