The FusionCore ceramic coating gives a slick, food-releasing surface built to last several times longer than Tefal's standard non-stick, resisting scratches and standing up to metal utensils, so you can cook with little or no added oil and clean up in seconds. Higher-than-usual sides make it more versatile than a basic frypan, and a built-in pouring rim keeps sauces and juices off your hob. Tefal's T-Thermo-Signal indicator changes colour when the pan reaches the ideal cooking temperature, while a thick Thermo-Fusion+ base with a wide induction zone spreads heat quickly and evenly across every hob — gas, electric, ceramic and induction. A sturdy bakelite handle with a polished steel accent keeps a secure grip, the body is made from 100% recycled aluminium, and the pan is designed and made in France.
