This Brabantia Profile skimmer has a perforated nylon head that scoops food out of the pot while fat and liquid run straight back through the holes — so boiled vegetables, mussels or even chips land on the plate without a puddle. It's also the tool for lifting meat out of stock, or skimming fat and foam off the top of soups and stews. Because the blade is soft nylon, it won't scratch the coating of non-stick pans.
